Extended Holiday

My dear Friends! We extended our holiday with a couple of extra days. We will stay in Thailand (Koh Lanta) with our friends until Saturday. We enjoy here so much and I wish I can share some photos with you, but I'm not able to connect my camera with my computer cause I left some cables at home...so pictures will come later.

Blumarine Dream

I was head over heels when I first discovered the Blumarine Spring/Summer 2010 campaign with the super gorgeous Doutzen Kroes. I can easily imagine myself wearing these dresses and sipping cocktails in The Paradise. Do you? And take a guess who photographed it? Of course Monsieur Demarchelier!

Darlings, I'm traveling today and will share more details about it on Wednesday (by the way my plain is leaving in a couple of hours and I'm still sitting here and blogging. It's pure addiction!). I really don't had so much time to visit your blogs lately but promise I will do it as soon as possible. Thanks a lot for the sweet comments and thoughts, it's truly appreciated. Happy Monday Darlings! The good news is that January is over and there is only 28 days left until March! We had huge snow in the weekend over here in Budapest and I couldn't resist for these fabulous fur images (let me assure you: I do not have any real fur in my wardrobe!).

...hairy tale...

I'm struggling with my hair cause I want to wear it straight so badly but it's impossible. My hair is curly. And you know what? I think it's more than just a hair issue. Do you remember that Sex and the City episode where Carrie and Big reenact the Way We Were scene and Carrie realizes she is too complicated for Big just like curly hair? 

"Ladies, I'm having an epiphany. The world is made up of two types of women. The simple girls and the Katie girls. I'm a Katie girl."

I must say it's time for me to accept the fact that I'm a Katie girl as well and instead of dreaming about straight hair I have to start enjoying my waves.

One of my harmless addiction is tea. My all time favourite is black tea with lots of lemon. But I'm such a big fan of green teas, white teas and oolong teas as well. There is so much history in a cup of tea...it's irresistible. Are you a tea person? Which teas are you into?

When it's cold outside I love the cozy time at home. Browsing on Layla Grayce.com with a cup of hot chocolate is one of my favourite things to do on cold evenings lately. I have redecorated our entire home (in my head of course) with all the gorgeous things they have...I just love everything.

...so beautiful, dreamy, soft and ladylike... 

At that point when I first checked out their stuff for babies, I was about to cry (I will share that as well in another post). Hope you have a wonderful weekend darlings!

Falling in love with shoes is lovely and safe. Much safer than fall in love with the opposite sex. Even when a new shoe is hurting my feet, I can be sure those scars will be cured one day. With a broken heart...well the story is a little different.

They are coming in many colors...and I'm madly in love with all of them.

The holidays are over and January-February are definitely last on my favourite month's list. However, I love the big sales what different shops are having this time of the year. It's a great time to get something quality for a good price. Some of my favourite picks:

I'm dramatically in love with this Vivienne Westwood dress. I love these colors and I think it's simply magnificent!
