I'm away from my blog this week. I was trying to keep up with the posts but I feel horrible and sad about the Air France's catastrophe and I just can't think about "absolutely ladylike" things this week. I was flying myself a couple of times between Brasil and Europe and I just can't help not to think about those people on the plane.
I hope you understand it. I'm very happy to see new followers and thanks for the lovely comments too. I'm on my way to visit your blogs.

See you next week, much love: Evi

I agree with you Evi; I am a very nervous flier and I have flown the same route (with another airline) in a terrible turbulence. The plane was shaking violently and constantly for 4 hours. That was in 2004 and I have not boarded a plane since.
I keep thinking about those missing people constantly.:(
I am wishing you a lovely weekend nevertheless and plenty of sunshine that will make you happy.
xoxo

I understand your sadness...for so many to die at once is such a tradegy. I tend to be a little too empathetic...I can let sadness swallow me whole.

Oh, I know, I'm really sorry for those people, but mostly for their families and friends.

I hope you're feeling better now :)

Dearest Miss Evi, I understand and feel your sadness too. I hate taking off and landing the most, so I cannot fathom something happening in mid-flight. I have had some turbulent flights, but nothing so terrible as what Protege mentions. I think of those people on Air France, what was in their minds in the seconds when they realized they were going to die? I can't begin to imagine the feelings...

Stay sweet and stay safe, Miss Evi!
