I discovered Carol Gillot's blog Paris Breakfasts a few weeks ago. Needless to say I fall instantly in love. Carol is a "Paris-obsessed artist" who lives in New York and blogs from her bedroom in Astoria. She visits Paris 3-4 times a year, where she eats macarons and takes the millions of photos she shares on her blog. Oh and by the way, she created these oh so gorgeous and dreamy watercolors...
Photobucket
Besides her passion and talent for Paris inspired watercolors, Carol has a dry tongue-in-cheek wit which I'm totally addicted to. I love starting my day with coffee and Parisbreakfast. It's like taking a fabulous walking tour on the streets of Paris...eating macarons and giggling...endlessly.

Visit Paris Breakfasts on Etsy here, and Carol Gillot's Flickr Album here.
Carol had 2 exhibits of her Paris facade watercolors coming up: In New York at The James Beard Foundation May- June and In London at The Chelsea Arts Club June 8th - 30th.

My favorite Paris related books: The Patisseries of Paris, Chic Shopping Paris, Paris Chic & Trendy

Isn't it a fabulous start for Monday? Thank you so much Carol for adding more beauty to this world with these gorgeous creations.
